VIP Consumer Group Module
 This module is
designed to allow a company to more cost-effectively deal with selling
directly to key groups of consumers such as shop employees, team members
or industry groups. It also opens up new sales channels to corporate or
industry association members that might have previously been too manually
intensive to deal with. The module provides the following features and
benefits:
- Special,
registration codes can be given to certain groups of consumers,
making their use of the site 'By Permission Only'.
- Unique
on-line catalogs or catalog views can be presented, with unique sets
of products and pricing for each group.
- Administrative
section for the creation, printing and management of registration
codes for each unique consumer group.
- Login
access can be set to expire after certain time periods (e.g. for
seasonal ordering periods or specific offerings.
- Alternatively,
use of the site can be restricted to a limited number of orders
and/or to a limited amount of total dollars purchased, after which
the log-in would expire.
- Inventory
availability can be set to define which products can be backordered
or not.
- Orders
flow automatically into company's ERP system, or reports can be
generated for review before allowing orders to be brought in.
- Automatic
emails generated to consumer for order confirmation.
- Credit
Card Module required.
- Optional
Sales Rep commission reporting available.
